Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Server Media Foundation ("Akra", "biz") tarafından sunulan akra.media web sitesi ve Akra Media mobil uygulamalarında (birlikte "Hizmet") kişisel verilerinizin hangi amaçlarla işlendiğini, kimlerle paylaşıldığını, ne kadar süreyle saklandığını ve haklarınızı nasıl kullanabileceğinizi açıklar.

Sosyal hesabınızla giriş yapmayı seçerseniz, ilgili sağlayıcıdan yalnızca aşağıdaki bilgiler alınır (izin ekranında görürsünüz ve reddedebilirsiniz):

Kimlik doğrulama Google Firebase Authentication altyapısı üzerinden gerçekleşir.
Namaz vakitlerini, kıble yönünü ve hava durumunu bulunduğunuz yere göre gösterebilmek için, siz izin verirseniz cihazınızın veya tarayıcınızın konum bilgisi kullanılır. Mobil uygulamada konum yalnızca uygulama açıkken alınır; arka planda konum takibi yapılmaz. Konum izni vermezseniz Hizmet çalışmaya devam eder; bu durumda profilinizdeki şehir veya varsayılan şehir kullanılır. Konum verisi hesabınızla ilişkilendirilerek saklanmaz; yalnızca ilgili hesaplamayı yapmak üzere işlenir.
Mobil uygulamada bildirimlere izin verirseniz, cihazınıza ait bir bildirim kimliği (token) bildirim altyapısı (Google Firebase Cloud Messaging) tarafından oluşturulur. Bildirimler konu bazlı gönderilir; bu kimlik kişisel profilinizle eşleştirilmez ve reklam amaçlı kullanılmaz. Bildirimleri istediğiniz zaman cihaz ayarlarından kapatabilirsiniz.
akra.media web sitesinde oturumunuzu sürdürmek için zorunlu oturum çerezleri kullanılır. Web sitesinin ziyaret istatistiklerini ölçmek için Google Analytics, sosyal paylaşım eklentileri için Facebook eklentileri çalışır; bu araçlar tarayıcınıza çerez bırakabilir. Çerezleri tarayıcı ayarlarınızdan yönetebilir veya silebilirsiniz; zorunlu çerezleri engellemeniz hâlinde üyelik özellikleri çalışmayabilir.
Mobil uygulama; reklam kimliği kullanmaz, üçüncü taraf reklam ağı içermez, üçüncü taraf analitik veya izleme aracı çalıştırmaz. Hizmet; rehberinize, fotoğraflarınıza ve kameranıza erişmez, sağlık verisi ve ödeme bilgisi toplamaz. Uygulama içi satın alma bulunmamaktadır.

Kişisel verilerinizle ilgili olarak; işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi talep etme, işlenme amacını öğrenme, aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, eksik/yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini, şartları oluşmuşsa silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme, otomatik sistemlerle analiz sonucu aleyhinize bir sonuç doğmasına itiraz etme ve zarara uğramanız hâlinde giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz.
Başvurularınızı [email protected] adresine iletebilirsiniz; talebiniz en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırılır.
Veriler aktarım sırasında SSL/TLS ile şifrelenir; parolalar geri döndürülemez biçimde saklanır. Erişim yetkileri sınırlandırılmış olup çalışanlarımız veri güvenliği konusunda bilgilendirilmektedir. Hiçbir sistemin mutlak güvenlik sağlayamayacağını hatırlatırız.
Hizmet çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek 13 yaşın altındaki kullanıcılardan kişisel veri toplamayız. Böyle bir verinin toplandığını fark edersek sileriz.
Hizmet içinde üçüncü taraf web sitelerine bağlantılar bulunabilir. Bu sitelerin gizlilik uygulamalarından sorumlu değiliz; ilgili sitelerin kendi politikalarını incelemenizi öneririz.
Politika zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Güncel metin her zaman bu adreste yayımlanır ve mobil uygulama içinden görüntülenebilir; önemli değişikliklerde Hizmet üzerinden bilgilendirme yapılabilir.

This Privacy Policy explains how Server Media Foundation ("Akra", "we") processes your personal data on the akra.media website and in the Akra Media mobile applications (together, the "Service"): what we collect, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it and how you can exercise your rights.

You can use the Service without an account; an account is only needed for likes, saved lists and profile features.
If you choose to sign in with a social account, only the following is received from that provider (shown to you on the consent screen, and you may decline):
@privaterelay.appleid.com may be provided — we store it as is)We have no access to your social account password. Your friend list, posts, photos and pages are neither requested nor received. We never post on your behalf. Authentication is performed through Google Firebase Authentication.
To show prayer times, qibla direction and weather for where you are, your device or browser location is used if you grant permission. In the mobile app, location is accessed only while the app is in use; no background location tracking is performed. If you decline, the Service keeps working using the city in your profile or a default city. Location data is not stored in association with your account; it is processed only to perform the relevant calculation.
If you allow notifications in the mobile app, a notification token for your device is generated by the notification infrastructure (Google Firebase Cloud Messaging). Notifications are sent on a topic basis; this token is not matched to your personal profile and is not used for advertising. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.
The akra.media website uses strictly necessary session cookies to keep you signed in. To measure website traffic we use Google Analytics, and Facebook plugins power the social sharing buttons; these tools may set cookies in your browser. You can manage or delete cookies in your browser settings; if you block the necessary cookies, membership features may not work.
The mobile app does not use an advertising identifier, does not contain third-party ad networks and does not run third-party analytics or tracking. The Service does not access your contacts, photos or camera, and does not collect health data or payment information. There are no in-app purchases.

You can delete your account in the mobile app via Settings → Account → Delete Account, or request deletion by sending an email to [email protected]. Full steps and the list of deleted data: User Data Deletion.
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request erasure or destruction where the conditions are met, to object to a result arising from automated analysis to your detriment, and to claim compensation for damages you suffer.

Data is encrypted in transit with SSL/TLS, and passwords are stored in an irreversible form. Access rights are restricted and our staff are trained on data security. Please note that no system can guarantee absolute security.
The Service is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from users under the age of 13. If we become aware of such data, we delete it.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices; please review their own policies.
This policy may be updated from time to time. The current version is always published at this address and can be viewed from within the mobile app; for significant changes, notice may also be given through the Service.
